Stop 42 is searching for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing agency. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in content creation, campaign management, and social media strategy while working with a variety of brands. About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing content and campaigns for our clients. This includes content ideation, creation, scheduling, reporting, and optimising strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Create and manage digital content (graphics, videos, social media posts, email campaigns, website updates)
✔️ Oversee content scheduling and distribution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
✔️ Conduct social media audits, reporting, and recommending optimisations
✔️ Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for clients
✔️ Maintain strong client relationships with regular updates, and support
✔️ Monitor and analyse campaign performance, ensuring optimal engagement and conversions
✔️ Manage content creators to ensure brand consistency and quality across all deliverables
✔️ Assist on content shoot days, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution
✔️ Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing tools
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
- Final years of Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in digital marketing (preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools & platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media management tools
- Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns for performance
Personal Skills:
- Great communication and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- A friendly, transparent, and professional approach to client interactions
