Membership Services Consultant – Contact Centre
Melbourne CBD | Hybrid Work (Office & WFH Rotation)
$25.80 per hour + Super + Leave | Permanent Full-Time
Rotating Roster | 38 Hours Per Week
We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Membership Services Consultant to provide exceptional customer support in our contact centre team.
About the Role
As a Membership Services Consultant, you will:
- Handle inbound calls and emails, responding to member inquiries about health insurance products
- Provide expert guidance on policies, benefits, and claims
- Manage general correspondence, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care
- Coordinate service delivery to ensure members receive the best possible support
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (health insurance or healthcare industry experience advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in email management systems and customer service software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service

Key Details
- Start Date: Tuesday, March 4, 2025
- Office Relocation: Two weeks of classroom-based training at our William Street offices before moving to our new Docklands location at 825 Bourke Street.
- Operating Hours: Rotating Roster Mon-Thurs- 8:30am-8:00pm/Fri 8:30am-6:00pm
- Requirements: All applicants must complete a criminal background check (conducted by us).
