Membership Services Consultant – Contact Centre

Melbourne CBD | Hybrid Work (Office & WFH Rotation)

$25.80 per hour + Super + Leave | Permanent Full-Time
Rotating Roster | 38 Hours Per Week

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Membership Services Consultant to provide exceptional customer support in our contact centre team.

About the Role
As a Membership Services Consultant, you will:

  • Handle inbound calls and emails, responding to member inquiries about health insurance products
  • Provide expert guidance on policies, benefits, and claims
  • Manage general correspondence, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care
  • Coordinate service delivery to ensure members receive the best possible support

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience (health insurance or healthcare industry experience advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in email management systems and customer service software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service

Key Details

  • Start Date: Tuesday, March 4, 2025
  • Office Relocation: Two weeks of classroom-based training at our William Street offices before moving to our new Docklands location at 825 Bourke Street.
  • Operating Hours: Rotating Roster Mon-Thurs- 8:30am-8:00pm/Fri 8:30am-6:00pm
  • Requirements: All applicants must complete a criminal background check (conducted by us).
