About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be based in our Melbourne office and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Details you need to know
- Start Date: Tuesday 11th March 2025
- Rotating Roster: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Permanent 35hr Part Time Contracts on offer
- Permanent Pay Rate of $25.80 plus super & leave & benefits
- All offers will be subject to the clearance of a Police Check which we will perform
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and technology
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
