About the role
As a Customer Service Consultant for our Government client at Probe CX, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer service to the Australian public. Working in contact centre in Springfield , Queensland, you will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping everyday Australians and Businesses navigate government services and address their queries and concerns.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and problem-solving skills
- Accurately record customer information and log details of interactions in our CRM system
- Research and provide detailed information about government programs and processes
- Follow up on customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer queries effectively
