Sales and Dispatch Team Leader

We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated Sales and Dispatch Team Leader to join our Dispatch Team. Certificate 3 in Horticulture or plant knowledge an advantage but not essential, training is provided.

If you have Team Leader experience and relevant production nursery or landscape industry experience working with plants or similar role, please forward your resume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team co-ordination and supervision
• Selecting and preparing plants for orders
• Computer processing picking slips, orders and invoices
• Phone sales and inventory managment
• Create and process delivery manifests
• Order and manage plant labels
• Maintain accurate records and general office duties
• General Nursery Hand duties as required

  environment
• Profient with computers and good orginisational skills
• Ability to clearly communicate and guide others
• Self-motivated with initiative to take action to meet deadlines
• Skills in sales and providing excellent customer service
• Plant knowledge and experience with nursery machinery an
  advantage
• Own vehicle and drivers licence essential
