The business is Australia’s leading supplier of innovative outdoor design solutions for schools, parks, and local councils. They are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and are seeking a Team Leader to guide their Inside Sales Team to success.

Embrace a new challenge and drive the sales team to even greater achievements while ‘staying on the tools’ to keep your skills sharp. You will be responsible for reaching both individual and team sales targets.

What is the role?

  • Lead and manage the internal sales team, ensuring high standards of performance and achieving sales targets;
  • Coordinate sales strategies and effectively communicate business goals to the team;
  • Allocate time to nurture your own pipeline and sales targets;
  • Work in close collaboration with the National Sales Manager to drive data driven strategies and market plans;
  • Coach and mentor your team, work on career development plans and hold regular 1:1 meetings; and
  • Manage activity and sales reporting for your business unit and present this back to leadership.

What are we looking for?

  • Experienced in leading a sales team is essential;
  • Experience selling into the: education, local councils, mining, not for profit or sporting industries would be an advantage;
  • A proactive individual who can drive performance and motivate a team;
  • Proven track record of implementing and executing sales strategies; and
  • Excellent communicator who can build relationships and trust with ease.
