About the Role
Are you a driven and experienced leader with a passion for coaching and motivating teams? We are seeking a proactive Sales Team Leader to join our Contact Centre in Sydney. In this role, you will inspire and guide a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets, while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and support a team of sales agents to deliver outstanding results.
- Monitor KPIs and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment, encouraging high morale and teamwork.
- Implement effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
- Ensure the delivery of a superior customer experience throughout the sales process.
The Details:
- Sydney CBD location close to Wynard & Town Hall stations
- Full time permanent position
- Monday - Friday, with a rotating roster between 8am - 7pm
- Full time office based role
- Salary $100,000 plus super plus commission

- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader in a contact centre environment.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
- Resilient, adaptable, and results-oriented with a passion for team success.
