About the Role
The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Program Director. They will drive and support multiple areas at a Portfolio, Program and Project level, including scope management, financials, scheduling, documentation and analysis, governance, stakeholder management and supplier coordination. This role will work with UTS senior executives, UTS business and technical stakeholders, program team leaders and members, and external vendors and suppliers.
If successful in applying for this role, you will be responsible to:
- Drive program planning and scheduling, tracking, reporting and health performance, proactively streamlining, and providing project management support and guidance.
- Facilitate the maintenance of the budget and forecast updates, procurement and payment processes, and contracts with agencies as guided by the program manager.
- Maintain risk management and issue management registers in the university's project management application.
- Establish an oversee program recruitment processes and onboarding steps such as inductions, system and building access, equipment, training compliance, campus tours, key stakeholder introductions, etc.
- Lead creating and coordinating input for Program and Project Steering Committee packs, accurate documentation of meeting minutes, and reporting progress to senior management as necessary.
- Oversee the Program Administrator role with tasks such as workshop scheduling, invoice processing, compliance documentation (declaration of interest, confidentiality, delegated onboarding tasks, program documentation (organisation charts, contact register, leave register), timesheets, workshop catering, kitchen roster, and social activities.
Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $94,476 to $102,293 (HEW 6)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
