About the Role The Operations and Systems Coordinator is responsible for operationalising the Accessibility services offered to students to ensure that the Access system (Symplicity Access) is catering to the range of student, professional, and academic staff users to deliver quality and transparent services in a timely manner. The position is focused on the administration, monitoring and development of workflow processes and procedures to support the team of Accessibility Consultants to provide a quality service to UTS students with disabilities and ongoing medical conditions as well as Academic and Professional staff involved. This position is integral for the Accessibility Service to meet legislative requirements and to ensure it is aligned with the University's commitment to student support and equity policies through the provision of services to students with disabilities and retention and success outcomes. If successful in applying for this role, you will be responsible to: • Develop and redesign administrative processes to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in service delivery, consulting with the Manager.• Monitor incoming requests, triage students, and ensure timely service delivery while collaborating with Accessibility team, AFAS Manager, and SSU reception team for effective appointment booking.• Design and develop end-to-end processes for accessibility services, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and creating process maps to improve workflows.• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, implement changes, and train staff on new procedures.• Communicate effectively, ensuring stakeholder understanding, and coordinate reporting on service usage and activities.• Manage the Student Consultants (casual students employed) , overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and developing processes for feedback and professional development. High level interpersonal and written communication skills.3. Proven ability to build relationships and positive rapport with a range of stakeholders.4. Provision of administrative and system support to meet user requirements and deliver efficient usage.5. Understanding of various access requirements for an inclusive educational environment. Remuneration & Benefits Base Salary Range: $95,893 to $103,828 (HEW 6) This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.
