Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care opens up limitless career paths and potential. You could step into a Room Leader role or take a further leap by enrolling into an accelerated Bachelor's program to become a qualified ECT within just 18 months. This journey brings with it the full support of the workplace, with opportunities for scholarships, secured employment and financial incentives and rewards awaiting you upon graduation!

For team members holding a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Kids Patrol is committed to supporting your continuous growth.
