About the Role
As the Corporate Concierge at KARI’s Liverpool Office, you will be the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors. Your role will be key in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting daily office operations. You will handle enquiries, manage appointments, and assist with administrative and stakeholder engagement tasks to ensure the smooth running of KARI's HQ.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- General reception duties such as incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate visitor registrations and maintain compliance with security procedures.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and boardroom bookings.
- Assist with document preparation, report distribution, and event coordination.
- Assist with restocking office supplies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Support office policies and escalate operational issues where necessary.
Requirements
- Aboriginality
- National Criminal Record Check
- NSW Working with Children’s Check (Paid Worker)
- Valid NSW Driver’s License (minimum P2 or equivalent)
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a corporate or professional setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities, with the capability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Professional presentation with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
