We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Concierge Officer to join our team at Kelly & Co Finance in Maroochydore, Queensland. As the Client Concierge, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise incoming enquiries and requests from clients in a timely and professional manner
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and managing client documentation
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and effectively
• Maintain and update client records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support the implementation of office procedures and policies to enhance overall efficiency
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by taking on additional tasks as required
