About Us
We’re Iridiam, a fast-growing startup disrupting how businesses manage their back-end operations. Instead of traditional outsourcing, we embed ourselves as strategic partners—streamlining finance, payroll, HR, and IT so business owners can focus on growth.
As we expand, we’re generating 20+ inbound leads per day, and we need a driven Business Development Representative to convert these leads into long-term clients. This is a high-growth opportunity in a company that’s redefining the industry.
About the Role
Your job is to engage, qualify, and convert potential clients into paying customers. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, working directly with decision-makers to understand their needs and introduce them to Iridiam’s services.
- Call, email, and message inbound leads from Seek and other platforms
- Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
- Book and conduct initial consultation calls
- Present Iridiam’s value proposition and close deals
- Follow up and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
- Contribute ideas and refine sales strategies with leadership
As we grow, this role has the potential to scale into more hours and greater responsibility for the right candidate.
Who We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and handles objections with ease
- Sales-driven with a passion for closing deals and hitting targets
- Organised and proactive with strong follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and thrives in a performance-based role
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, emails, and sales software
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer service (preferred but not essential)

Hours & Compensation
- 15 hours per week (Flexible)
- Base hourly rate + Commission per signed client
