We are looking for a part-time Business Development Lead who isn’t afraid to put themselves out there, connect with potential clients, and drive new business. This role is ideal for current or ex-real estate agents, ex-conveyancers, or account managers/BDMs with experience in the real estate industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Actively hunting for new business and building a strong pipeline of leads
• Cold calling & networking – Not afraid to pick up the phone and chase opportunities
• Building strong relationships within the real estate industry
• Identifying and converting growth opportunities for BeSafe Inspections

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Confidence in making cold calls and handling rejections
• Strong communication skills and the ability to close deals
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to succeed
