Business Development Manager (BDM) – NDIS Sector
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive growth in the NDIs sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent networking skills, and the ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
3 Months Probation Period .
Key Responsibilities:
- Work 50 hours per fortnight to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Achieve set KPIs and contribute to overall business success.
- Manage and close deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- If possible, bring an existing client base to enhance business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and business development experience (NDIs sector preferred).
- Self-driven with excellent time management and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while being a valuable team player.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for helping clients and growing a business.Qualifications & Experience:
NDIS Industry Experience: At least 2+ years working in NDIS, disability services, or allied health.
Business Development & Sales: Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, with experience in securing and managing clients.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or Allied Health Assistance (a plus).
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
First Aid & CPR Certification (may be required depending on role specifics).
Understanding of NDIS Compliance & Regulations: Familiarity with NDIS pricing arrangements, service agreements, and provider obligations.
Network & Client Base (Highly Valued): Candidates with existing NDIS client connections, support coordinators, or industry relationships will have an advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue KPIs.
Excellent Communication & Relationship Building – Confident in engaging with NDIS participants, support coordinators, and stakeholders.
Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – Able to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
Organizational & Time Management Skills – Capable of managing multiple client relationships and prioritizing work effectively.
Proficiency in CRM & Reporting Tools – Ability to track client progress, sales performance, and pipeline development.
Additional Requirements:
Driver’s License & Own Transport (preferred for client visits).
ABN & Ability to Work as a Contractor (if applicable to the role structure).
Candidate will be on probations period of 3 months before offer is made .
