About the Position

Working with the Executive Sponsors, this position leads and coordinates projects to develop strategy documents in accordance with the City's Plans & Strategies Framework as well as working in partnership with a range of stakeholders to collectively deliver on the City of South Perth's vision and Strategic Community Plan.

To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate:

• A tertiary qualification in relevant field (eg, Commerce, Business Management).
• Substantial experience in the development of corporate strategy and plans coupled with project management expertise.
• Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to be flexible, adaptive and innovative in the achievement of targets and outcomes.
• Highly developed written communication skills with experience authoring a range of written communication, with the proven ability to transform complex information into clear, concise and engaging documentation.
• Well-developed research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills and the ability to build and maintain productive internal relationships.
