Job Title: Personal Assistant

Overview:
The Lee Family is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide full-time, dedicated support to specific family members. This individual will manage a variety of personal tasks, including managing communication, organizing travel, scheduling, and handling errands. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and trustworthy person with a strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is eager to learn quickly, and enjoys providing hands-on support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle personal emails, correspondence, and communication for family members, ensuring timely responses and organization.
- Plan and book travel, including flight tickets, accommodations, transportation, and any special requests. Ensure family members' travel arrangements are seamless and stress-free.
- Manage personal errands such as picking up items, organizing deliveries, and handling day-to-day tasks on behalf of family members.
- Organize personal events, vacations, and holidays for family members, ensuring that all details are taken care of (e.g., booking restaurants, coordinating schedules, ensuring preferences are met).
- Coordinate family appointments, medical visits, and personal commitments. Ensure that schedules are managed effectively.
- Handle any other ad hoc tasks that arise on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations of family life, as requested by family members.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding personal, family, and financial matters.
- Standard working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, but available to be on-call as required, including evenings and weekends to accommodate schedules.
Qualifications:
- Minimal experience required, but prior experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
- Familiarity with common office tools and communication platforms (e.g., email, calendar software, and basic travel booking tools). A willingness to learn new systems quickly is essential.
- Language: Chinese (preferred, not required)
Personal Traits:
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle a variety of tasks with attention to detail.
- Must maintain the utmost discretion and handle sensitive family matters with care and confidentiality.
- Must be able to work with different family members and staff, always remaining approachable and polite.
- Ability to work seamlessly with other household staff and support the family as needed, showing flexibility and a cooperative attitude.
