They seek an experienced Personal Assistant, to join the team. You will be reporting to the Director and your proven experience in a similar role prior and in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, is essential and will be highly regarded.

Your responsibilities in this role will include –

  • Complete Admin Support to the Director, which includes - Director’s emails, calendar, and appointments, travel arrangements, Prepare reports, presentations, Screen and direct calls, messages, and inquiries, and others
  • Provide Daily Business Support - Assist in project coordination and follow-ups, liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, Conduct research and compile information Monitor deadlines, draft correspondence
  • Personal Assistance - Manage personal errands such as bill payments and reservations, assist in event planning and social engagements
  • HR & Apprentice Management - Assist with apprentice onboarding and documentation, HR-related administrative tasks, maintaining compliance and industry certification documentation
  • Marketing & Communications Support – As and when required only. Mainly, Liaise with outsourced SEO professionals
  • Light Finance & Bookkeeping - Assist with expense tracking and payroll coordination and liaise with remote bookkeepers
  • Other Ad hoc duties

Skills & Key Requirements -

  • Minimum 3–5 years in a high-level Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA) role, supporting senior executives, business owners, or high-profile individuals. Proven Experience with project management tools (Trello is a plus)
  • Excellent presentation required
  • Xero (for light bookkeeping and expense tracking)
  • Canva (for basic marketing assistance), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Microsoft Business 365 (Teams, OneNote, Bookings, Forms)
  • Preferred but Not Essential: D-Tools (or similar quoting software), Visio & BluBeam Revu (or equivalent drafting software), Project and Customer Relations Management Software (such as Zoho or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, correspondence
  • Experience managing confidential business and personal matters
  • Tech savvy background
