Role Overview:
In this role, you will act as the primary support for our Managing Director, providing dedicated administrative and personal assistance to ensure their daily activities run seamlessly. While your main focus will be on supporting the Managing Director, you will also collaborate with other executives within our group as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, arrange and coordinate meetings.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Organise and maintain confidential files, documents, and correspondence.
- Assist in planning and executing executive meetings and company events.
- Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and other communications for the Managing Director.
- Ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives and projects.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the executive team as required.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Workspace) and project management software.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive, flexible, and professional demeanour with strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
