The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and adaptable leader to join us as General Manager / COO. This is a hands-on executive role that requires strong operational, strategic, and leadership skills to drive the company’s growth in a multi-billion-dollar industry.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Strategy: Oversee day-to-day operations, optimise workflows, and contribute to high-level strategic planning.
Team & Project Management: Organise, manage, and build effective teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with councils, utilities, and industry partners.
Contracts & Compliance: Assist in drafting and managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance in tree care practices.
Financial Oversight: Collaborate on budgeting, financial planning, and revenue growth strategies.
Administration & Logistics: Oversee HR, operational processes, and general business administration to ensure efficiency.
