A fantastic opportunity exists for a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join this reputable company who are one of Australia's most innovative automotive manufacturers.
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for both the dealer network and customers. Serving as a key point of contact between the company and its customers, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships. This position is integral to the Care Contact Centre's commitment to providing industry-leading customer service in the automotive sector.
Reporting to the Customer Service manager, your duties will include, although are not limited to:
- Customer Support - Managing inbound day to day customer contacts points (phone call, email)
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and customer service by improving processes and promoting Customer Care standards within the dealerships.
- Manage customer expectations and entitlements for major concerns under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
- Issue Resolution - Liaise with dealerships and internal departments (e.g. sales, service, technical teams) to expedite resolutions
- Identify and resolve customer problems or concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and proper issue closure
- Maintaining customer database with all relevant and updated information in the CRM system
- Use customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Previous customer service experience ( Preferably in the automotive industry)
- The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Great Attitude
