Multiple Customer Service Officers are required for State and Local Government.

We are currently partnering with several government organisations to recruit experienced Customer Service Officers for both state and local government roles in various suburbs. If you have a background in delivering exceptional customer service across multiple contact channels, including face-to-face, telephone, and email, particularly at a government level, we would love to hear from you.

Locations we are currently recruiting for: Southeast, North, East, and Western suburbs, and CBD

Your new role

Your primary focus will be on achieving first-call resolution and delivering high-quality customer experiences, as well as:

• Act as a liaison between staff and customers to enhance customer experiences.
• Provide accurate information on services and record requests in corporate systems.
• Perform cashiering functions, including processing payments and balancing tills.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and operations.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting updates to systems and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

• Post-secondary qualification or equivalent experience in high-level customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with diverse communities is highly desirable.
