The Opportunity
Our client, one of Australia’s largest printing and packaging businesses, is on the lookout for an experienced Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage existing (60%) accounts and generate new business (40%) across a defined Sydney territory. The role offers a consultative sales approach, working with industries such as food, freight & distribution, medical, and printing resellers.

The Role
Account Management & Business Development:
- Manage a portfolio of active accounts while revitalising relationships with dormant customers.
- Develop new business opportunities within various industries, including food, freight & distribution, medical, and printing resellers.
Consultative Sales Approach:
- Understand the manufacturing process from raw materials to finished products and educate clients on customised printing solutions.
- Set and manage client expectations to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service.
Collaboration & Sales Strategy:
- Work closely with internal teams (customer service, production, leadership) to drive success.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and collaborate with the national sales team to create strategic sales initiatives.
- Maintain a strong on-the-road presence, with 60% travel throughout the Sydney metro area.
About You
You are a proactive and driven sales professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. You understand the value of building long-term client relationships and enjoy the challenge of developing new business. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Sales Experience – Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the labels, printing, or custom manufacturing industry.
- Consultative Selling Skills – A strong ability to sell services and solutions, not just products.
- Client Management – Experience in both managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- Culture Fit – You are team-oriented, collaborative, and driven by achieving results. This is not the right environment for a lone wolf rather we are looking for a team player!

Training & Onboarding
- First 2 Weeks: Intensive training at the Brisbane HQ to learn manufacturing processes, CRM systems, and sales strategies.
- Following 2 Weeks: Shadowing the Sydney State Sales Manager and meeting key clients to transition accounts.
- Ongoing: Regular training, mentorship, and development programs to help you succeed and grow within the business.
