Telecaller (Short-Term, Work from Home)

1-Month Project | Leading Call Center for Pharma Companies

We are a leading call center working with top pharmaceutical companies. We seek a part-time Telecaller for a short-term project (1 month) to conduct phone surveys with pharmacies on behalf of a major pharma client.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pharmacies for survey purposes (no sales).
• Collect and record data accurately.
• Maintain a focus on targets and timely completion.

Requirements

• Strong command of Australian English (spoken as commonly used in Australia).
• Proficiency in New Zealand English is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of tele-calling or telesales experience.
• Available part-time from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Sydney time).
• Highly results-driven and motivated.
• Reliable home setup (computer, internet, and noise-canceling headset).
• Immediate availability.
