About the role
Wallis is looking for social research telephone interviewers, to be employed on a casual basis, for day, evening and weekend work. No selling is involved in the position, purely research calls paid on an hourly basis as per the ADIA Agreement.
This is a short-term role and runs for 10-12 weeks from early March.
The successful applicants will be able to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week (3 shifts) from Monday to Saturday and be paid an attractive hourly rate of $34.86 once training is completed.

Attractive hourly rate of $34.86 per hour once training is completed.
In addition you will be paid a work-from-home allowance of 80c per hour, making your effective hourly rate $35.66.
Opt-in shift roster that allows you to nominate your availability for shifts.
Requirement for remote work
The role is remote and applicants must have access to the following equipment:
- Personal computer/laptop
- Mobile smartphone (iOS v10+ or Android v7+)
- Fast internet connection (NBN)
- Suitable workspace (desk and chair)
- Earphones with microphone to connect to phone
Skills and experience
Applicants will have Market or Social Research telephone experience or previous call center experience. Those with Market or Social Research business to business experience will be given preference.
Fluency in a second language, will be highly regarded.
*Paid training will be provided for successful applicants who do not possess the ISO 20252 CATI (telephone interviewing) accreditation.
You must possess the following skills and attributes:

- Engaging, professional telephone manner
- Fine attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- High personal integrity, discipline, and reliability.
*Training will not be paid if the minimum number of required shifts are not subsequently completed.
