About the Role

MySkin Clinics are looking for mature , enthusiastic and dynamic Call Centre Operators to work at head office in the Carnegie area of Melbourne. The role requires individuals who are used to working in high pressurised environments and are dedicated to providing support and improving business processes. The position is focused on customer service, booking and re scheduling clients, offering advice to them as required as well as upselling and cross selling the monthly promotions on offer.

  • Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be accountable for:

    Acting as a first point of contact for clients.
  • Responding to high volumes of inbound enquiries in a call centre environment.
  • Ensuring a high level of service and support to customers in a timely manner through the delivery of accurate information, advice and referrals.
  • Escalating complex issues when required.
  • Managing general administration such as records management, filing and data entry, as well as processing payments.
  • Identifying and recommending improvements to policies, procedures and practices within the business unit.

To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

  • Ideally Minimum Level 3 or Cert 3 in beauty services
  • Committed to exceptional customer service, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Resilient and confident in handling challenges with a positive mindset.
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to engage professionally with clients.
  • Use of Computer and software competencies - all training will be provided
