What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Building and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that generate serious ROI.
• Crafting offers that customers can’t say no to—maximizing lead conversions and boosting revenue.
• Running paid media, email marketing, and social channels like a pro.
• Driving brand authority and market penetration across B2B and B2C verticals.
• Working closely with sales to ensure marketing is a direct pipeline to revenue.
• Managing and optimizing CRM tools (Salesforce) and marketing automation to streamline lead conversion.
• Collaborating with internal teams and agencies to deliver marketing that actually moves the needle.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in marketing that directly drives business growth (we care about results, not activity).
• Experience scaling digital marketing, SEO, SEM, paid social, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills—you know how to read the data and make decisions that increase revenue.
• Someone who moves fast iterates quickly and isn’t afraid to test bold strategies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with accountability.
• Prior work with CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
