What will you do?

  • Liaise with our clients daily and handle any non-advice related queries
  • Complete tax file set ups
  • Request information for clients on behalf of directors, senior accountants and other members of staff as required
  • Liaise with banks, external providers (ATO, superannuation companies etc.), and other members of the team to request and collate client information
  • Preparation of client information for meetings
  • Onboarding of new clients
  • Diary and email management of supervisor
  • Manage meeting booking requests
  • Manage inbound phone calls.
  • Assist in the management of the Walshs enquiries inbox
  • Reception assistance as needed

What you need:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role, salary will be determined based on your previous experience
  • Experience working in an accountancy firm highly regarded.
  • Experience in performing a wide range of administrative functions
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in all Microsoft applications.
  • Intermediate/advanced IT knowledge including MYOB, Xero, or HandiSoft applications would be highly regarded, but is not essential for application.
