Medibase Health is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to veterans and their families. We are looking for a passionate and driven Client Services Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, ideally in the health or allied health sector, to grow within a supportive and growing team.
About the Role:
As a Client Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing phone inquiries, service requests, and various administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with managing client records, and contributing to the development of our internal processes. You’ll work closely with the Client Services Manager, supporting them in day-to-day operations and gaining valuable experience in client services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls, addressing client inquiries and directly them to the appropriate team members.
- Update and maintain client records using systems like HubSpot, Halaxy, and JotForms.
- Assist with processing forms, reports, and client paperwork (e.g., discharge reports, clinical incident forms).
- Help onboard new clients and ensure service requests are efficiently channeling them to the right departments.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Manager to drive improvements through the development and streamlining of internal policies, procedures, and processes.
About You:
- Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
- Strong administrative skills with experience in health or allied health sectors preferred.
- Excellent phone management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and practice management systems (e.g., Halaxy, JotForms) is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s licence and ability to work between the Spring Hill and Algester sites.
- A desire to learn and grow within the Medibase Health team, with potential for growth into a team lead or management role as the team expands.
