We are a small boutique mortgage brokerage passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients. Led by Cara Haynes, a seasoned mortgage broker with 12 years of experience, we’re looking to grow our close-knit team.
Our mission is simple: to streamline every client's finance journey with premium service and support. We’re on the hunt for a motivated Client Service Officer to join our team of three and help us make a significant impact!
Role Overview
As a Client Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The role can be flexible for the right candidate, and we would consider part-time work with at least 25 hours per week.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Client Interaction & File Management: Engaging with clients over the phone, email, and in person to book appointments and provide exceptional service and support.
- Customer Retention & Appreciation: Repricing loans and implementing initiatives to enhance the client experience.
- Marketing Support: Assisting with marketing initiatives to promote our services and attract new clients. Maintaining a tidy reception and office environment.
- CRM Management & Customer Journey: Tracking and following up on all aspects of the customer journey from the initial point of contact to settlement, ensuring timely responses and liaising with clients and banks as needed.
About You
- You demonstrate high attention to detail.
- You are a self-starter and show initiative in anticipating needs before they arise.
- You have proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
- You love talking to people and have no hesitation answering and making phone calls.
- You possess an understanding of financial concepts, ideally with experience in financial services and/or using a CRM system.
- You thrive in an office-based environment and enjoy working collaboratively with a small team.
- You are willing to implement processes and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
