As a Client Services Officer/Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in the firm’s daily operations, working closely with the Partners to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Your role will be varied and rewarding, from interacting with clients and stakeholders to preparing crucial documentation such as tax returns and financial statements. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly while upholding the firm’s high standards of client care. Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and providing excellent service
  • Prepare professional client invoices, emails, reports, and other key documents
  • Collate tax returns and financial statements with attention to detail
  • Manage ad-hoc client correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Handle company statements and lodge ASIC forms
  • Ensure the smooth operation of administrative duties to support the firm’s continued success

The Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 12 months of administrative experience, ideally in an accounting firm
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Has experience handling ATO and ASIC correspondence
  • Is passionate about building a long-term career in administration
  • Possesses excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused mindset
