About the role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team, drive revenue growth,
and build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales
management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to develop and execute sales initiatives that
align with company goals. Take ownership of the sales department and build the team and strategy that will help shape the future of the business.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to optimize performance and exceed sales goals.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term success.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of sales representatives.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline through CRM tools and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and strategic insights to senior management.
- Lead negotiations, oversee contract management, and implement pricing strategies to drive profitability
About you:
- Degree qualified in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not necessary).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in construction products and or related industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
