Pay range: $130 to $140 p/h

DETEKD is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team at a Mine site in Central Queensland in a FIFO/DIDO role. This role is a 4-day week roster.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of an underground proximity detection project at a Central Queensland based coal mine. Project delivery includes leading a small team and managing the existing schedule, personnel and multiple stakeholders to take the project from initiation through to final handover in operation meeting client expectations i.e. safety, quality, client satisfaction and profitability. The correct candidate must have excellent project management skills and have a background working with Technology focused projects. Excellent risk management and safety behaviors will also be key requirement of this role.

The Project Manager will manage the Project implementation to hit all targets in the project schedule.

Project Manager minimum skills and experience required:

• Project Management Qualifications and Experience (2+ years)
• Electrical Qualifications
• Electrical Commissioning Experience (5+ years)
• Underground Coal experience (more than 6 months coal experience preferred)
• Current Coal Board Medical/CBM (newly known as HA)
• Current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
