Our client is a very successful business in Canning Vale involved in providing equipment and services into the hospitality sector. This is an incredibly family-friendly company with a great office culture and a happy team environment.
A new permanent part-time Accounts All-rounder role has become available. 15 hours per week, spread over 2 or 3 days working from home and with 1 day in the office so you can touch base with the team.
Previous experience in a busy Accounts team is essential, as is experience with Xero software, Accounts Payable and Receivable and managing a wide range of related tasks. Someone well-suited to a busy, high volume role, meeting deadlines and with problem-solving skills would enjoy this opportunity. Superior communication and computing skills are also essential to be successful in this position.

The working from home option will also be appealing to candidates who have an established office at home and are ready to commence work as soon as possible.
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable – high volume data entry and managing this important function end-to-end
- Managing accounts emails and correspondence and responding to inquiries and problems with accounts
- Entering supplier invoices into system
- Following up overdue invoices and liaising with clients and management
- Taking phone payments when necessary
- Daily use of Xero – experience is essential
- Daily use of SimPro and HubSpot – training can be provided
- Assist with payroll as required
Other details of the Position:
- 15 hours per week spread over 2 or 3 days, working from home. 1 day in the office required.
- A salary range of $30 – 35ph plus super is offered depending on skills and experience
- Parking provided at Canning Vale offices
