About the role

This is a part-time Allied Health Receptionist role at Nova Chiropractic in Flagstaff Hill, SA 5159.

We are offering 12-15 hours per week which will involve some evenings with the flexibility to be able to cover additional hours including Saturday morning.

As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the clinic's administrative duties.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments
• Handling patient enquiries and providing information about chiropractic, massage and dietitian services
• Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
• Assisting with general office administration and supporting the multidisciplinary team
• Promoting a positive and welcoming environment for all patients

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a medical or customer service role, preferably in a chiropractic or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
• Knowledge of Hicaps and Cliniko would be an asset
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Positive, friendly and professional attitude
