The Role:
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a new receptionist to join our growing team to start immediately. We have strong policies and systems in place which allows for easy transition into the role of an allied health receptionist. Experience is preferred.
The advertised role is a casual position, with 10 hours currently on offer spread over 3 shifts on Mondays 1:45pm - 5:30pm, Tuesdays 2:30pm - 6:15pm and Wednesdays 2:30pm - 6:15pm with a preference on flexibility to cover other shifts when needed.
What your role includes:
The receptionist’s role is to provide administrative and secretarial support within a clinical health setting. You will be required to perform a wide array of tasks that can change on a daily basis which includes but is not limited to:
• Scheduling appointments
• Processing billing and payments through Hicaps
• Answering phone and triaging patients to relevant practitioner
• Writing Emails and sending letters
• Faxing documents
• Photo copy and scanning
• Patient Filing and keeping this organised
• Data entry for clinic KPI’s
• Basic cleaning duties (i.e. washing, drying and keeping linen fresh)
• Greeting clients
