Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.

πŸ“ Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle billing and correspondence.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and data security.

πŸ“ž Communication Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Relay messages efficiently and ensure effective coordination.

πŸ₯ Practice Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the reception area.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment servicing.

πŸ’‘ Customer Service Excellence:

  • Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all visitors.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in medical or allied health reception (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Proficient in medical administration, scheduling, and front-desk operations.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, problem-solving, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • A strong communicator with excellent phone and computer skills.
  • Adaptable, reliable, and able to work independently and within a team.
