Why Facilitate OT?
At Facilitate OT, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, flexible, and family-friendly work environment. Our dedicated team of 'FOTters' enjoys an impressive average tenure of over 5 years. We’re not just a practice—we’re a close-knit work family!
With offices in Corrimal and Nowra, we serve the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions, helping our clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Since 2016, our Allied Health Assistants have been an integral part of the FOT team. They play a hands-on role in client care, supporting both our clients' progress and our OT team. We’re proud to offer these team members an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to client goals while growing within our collaborative environment. We’ve also had the pleasure of guiding OT students from their studies into their first careers as Occupational Therapists.
About The Role
As an Allied Health Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Occupational Therapists to deliver therapy programs that help clients achieve independence in their daily lives.
