About The Role

As a key member of the Grace Records Management team you will be providing premium customer service and account management to some of Australia’s leading organisations and government agencies.

Your duties will include:

  • Order collection and delivery of client records and information
  • Transporting records to client locations
  • Customer service queries
  • Maintaining high profile account service delivery
  • Daily management of client records to ensure secure and compliant delivery and storage
  • Processing and retrieval of valuable information and management of client requests
  • Working with technology including scanners, PCs, etc.

About You

This role will be a great fit for you if you have:

  • Minimum Car Licence;
  • Forklift and / or Stock Picker (LO) experience;
  • Excellent customer service and advanced communication skills;
  • Flexibility with work hours and days; and
  • The ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
