Key Outcomes and Accountabilites
The aim of this role is to:
- Support the Manager Records within a cooperative and participative team culture by ensuring that records are captured with the correct metadata and contemporaneously into the designated information management systems.
- Supervision of staff (AO3) and the coordination of the activities of the Records team to ensure an efficient, effective, flexible and client-focused approach.
- Assist the Records Helpdesk, thereby providing an efficient, flexible and client-focused service.
- Develop update and maintain records management policy documentation including local work instructions
- Conduct weekly audits of the data input from the Records team and proactively manage the metadata standards to elevate records discoverability.

Candidate Attributes
- Apply an in-depth knowledge of records management systems.
- Apply and in-depth knowledge of relevant information management standards and their application in modern records management solutions with regards to metadata.
- Utilise time efficiently by prioritising a broad range of tasks and focusing on key issues.
- Analyse, interpret and define difficult systems problems, engaging team and management input to deliver effective solutions.
- Work cooperatively as a team leader to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- And use or deploy expert writing skills and verbal communication skills in a variety of settings and styles sensitive to the context and impact of the message.
