Its strategic growth has included a number of acquisitions, with several more in the pipeline and plans for commercial development of each of its businesses.

Due to an internal promotion, it is seeking a Senior Analyst to join a high calibre Commercial Finance team and drive commercial and strategic growth. This will include:

• Partnering with Senior Managers of 3 businesses to enable effective business management and drive commercial growth.
• Delivering regular performance reviews, reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Providing ad-hoc analysis/modelling to support decision making.
• Running regular pricing reviews and updates.
• Preparation of Capex proposals for major investments.
• Preparation and presentation of Board Reporting for your portfolio of businesses.
• Working with the Commercial Director to appraise strategic growth opportunities such as M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and greenfield/new business opportunities.
• Taking part in the annual group budget process, from planning to presentation.
• Supporting the development, implementation, review and maintenance of the Strategic Plan.
• Supporting projects to enhance business intelligence, finance systems and group technology.

The successful candidate will be CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualified. With proven commercial finance, FP&A and/or business partnering skills, or making a first move from Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Corporate Advisory. You will also be able to leverage exception interpersonal and communication to build a trusted advisor relationship and influence senior stakeholders. Commercial curiosity and proactive attitude will see you continually expand the depth and breadth of your responsibilities.
