About the Role

As the Commercial Finance Manager you will work closely with the business partners to execute and drive commercial performance for the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute a commercial strategy that drives long-term revenue growth and strengthens market positioning.
• Oversee the forecasting and budgeting cycle, ensuring financial plans are well-structured, forward-thinking, and reflective of commercial priorities.
• Define and implement key performance metrics that drive commercial success, ensuring financial visibility and accountability across the organisation.
• Build robust financial models to assess different market scenarios, pricing strategies, and business opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Provide data-driven insights into sales performance, offering clear financial analysis that helps improve efficiency, optimise margins, and exceed business targets.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure business unit budgets are aligned with overall strategic and financial goals.

About You

• CA or CPA qualified
• You are an existing Commercial Manager, Finance Business Partner or an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst ready to step-up
• Experience in an inventory focused environment, ideally FMCG or Retail
• You are commercially astute, with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive data-backed decision-making
• You are a strong communicator, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights that drive performance
