Senior Commercial Finance Analyst - Melbourne CBD

Are you a commercially savvy finance professional looking to make a real impact? We're seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team in Melbourne’s CBD. In this role, you'll be a key business partner, driving strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and financial forecasting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the end-to-end budget, mid-term planning, and monthly forecasting processes across key business units—including retail, e-commerce, customer experience, technology, and supply chain.
• Providing commercial insights to guide executive-level decision-making, evaluating P&L impacts, and identifying growth and mitigation opportunities.
• Delivering data-driven analytics and reporting that shape business strategy.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, embedding yourself within teams to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Identifying and driving continuous improvement in processes, data, and financial modelling.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• CA/CPA part or fully qualified.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive mindset—someone who anticipates business needs and provides solutions.
