About the Role

• Business Partnering: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure sound commercial decisions are made.
• Financial Reporting: Provide insightful reporting, detailing financial and non-financial performance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial results.
• Strategic Insights: Develop reports and recommendations to improve budget management and cost control.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance business performance.
• Variance Analysis: Investigate and explain variances between actual results vs. budget/forecast.
• Month-End Responsibilities: Manage journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting processes.
• Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Monitor financial performance and highlight risks and opportunities.

About You

• CA/CPA Qualified (or nearing completion) with a background in chartered accounting, ideally from Big 4 or mid-tier firms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Highly proactive with a mindset for continuous improvement.
