About the Role

Cabinets by Computer is looking for a customer-focused, results-driven Key Account Manager (ideally with experience in the cabinet making industry) to build strong relationships with our manufacturing partners and help them succeed with our Cabinetry.Online platform. You’ll be their go-to advisor, ensuring they get the most out of our industry-leading cabinetry software while driving growth, renewals, and retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for our Cabinetry.Online clients, helping them maximise the value of our platform.
  • Support our customers as they transition from sign-up to active users.
  • Proactively engage cabinet makers to ensure adoption and increase their revenue.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, drive upsells, and reduce churn.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and onboarding support to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Monitor customer usage and job conversions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Product Development teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain regular client engagement, ensuring retention rates remain above 90% and churn stays below 10%.

Who We’re Looking For

Customer-Focused & Relationship-Driven – You know how to connect with clients and build long-term trust.
Results-Oriented & Data-Driven – You love tracking performance and optimising client accounts for growth.
Problem-Solver & Strategic Thinker – You anticipate challenges and proactively provide solutions.
Cabinetry Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Experience in cabinetry, manufacturing, or software solutions is a plus!

Accountability & Reporting

  • Increase Order Facilitation Fee Revenue.
  • Increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by upselling to existing clients.
  • Develop account plans & commercial strategies to retain & grow key accounts.
  • Maintain regular client engagement (i.e., quarterly check-ins).
  • Ensure client activation & renewals stay above 90% while reducing churn.
  • Track key performance metrics & revenue forecasts in Pipedrive.
  • Prepare monthly reports & presentations for Team Alignment Meetings.
