Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Key Accounts & Customer Solutions Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of key customers. This role is more than just account management—it’s about building strong, long-term relationships, driving new opportunities, and ensuring customers get the best possible solutions. You’ll be at the forefront of developing strategic partnerships, overseeing new product initiatives, and delivering measurable business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing key customer accounts with a focus on retention and profitability
- Conducting in-depth business analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensuring compliance with service agreements and performance targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute new product and service opportunities
- Acting as the key link between customers and internal stakeholders to drive solutions and innovation
- Leading commercial planning, including rate reviews, sales reporting, and financial forecasting
- Supporting marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and customer engagement strategies
- Overseeing end-to-end project management for new product development and execution
- Championing continuous improvement in key account management and customer solutions
- Proactively identifying market trends and helping shape future business strategies

- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in financial planning and business analysis
- A passion for identifying and executing new product and market opportunities

- A hands-on attitude, willing to get involved in both strategy and execution
