CA Marketing Group is Australia's leading pay-per-lead digital marketing agency, specializing in lead generation for over nine years across industries such as tech and finance in the APAC region. Due to our rapidly growing client base, we are expanding our team to include a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing ongoing relationships, and ensuring long-term success and retention plus growth of our partnerships.

As the bridge between our frontline sales team and long-term client success, you will play a critical role in helping our customers maximize their return on investment while strengthening their partnership with CA Marketing Group.

What You Will Do

Working alongside our frontline sales, call centre, and marketing teams, the Customer Success Manager will take ownership of client relationships immediately after the sales process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your role will focus on maintaining engagement, optimizing lead generation outcomes, and ensuring high client retention through structured communication and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded clients, establishing strong ongoing relationships from day one.
  • Over-communicate with clients through a mix of email, SMS, and phone calls to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Conduct structured onboarding sessions to educate clients on lead generation processes and best practices.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic planning meetings.
  • Track and analyze key customer success metrics such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), lead volume, contact rate, application rate, and settlement rate.
  • Serve as the client advocate internally, ensuring feedback is communicated to the relevant teams to drive continuous improvements.
  • Own the client renewal process, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure lead delivery meets quality and quantity expectations and drive necessary adjustments.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Account Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple client accounts (up to 40 per month) within a fast-paced environment.
  • Onboarding & Customer Retention: Proven ability to onboard new customers, provide structured guidance, and drive long-term engagement.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience in managing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to work with customer success metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in marketing, lead generation, or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
