Active Feet, established in 2002, is a customer-focused retailer specializing in technically fitting footwear. We’re seeking a motivated, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented Inventory & Online Coordinator to join our team and help drive our business systems forward.

Key Responsibilities
This dynamic role involves overseeing various systems including our ERP, POS, and online platforms, with a focus on:

• Inventory & Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and alignment between our physical stores and online platforms.
• IT Systems Management: Maintain and optimize POS, online systems, and integrations. Troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Online Optimization: Improve website functionality and manage marketing campaigns for both online and in-store.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
• Shipping & Fulfilment: Manage end-to-end processes for accurate, timely deliveries.

What We’re Looking For

• Tech-Savvy: Experience with IT systems, POS, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Erply, Klaviyo).
• Strong Data Management Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail are key.
• Proficient in Excel: Including platform integrations.
• Customer-focused: Passion for delivering exceptional service.
