I'm looking for Online Merchandise Coordinators to join a fast-paced, dynamic retail team. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a large consumer retailer, working with iconic well-known brands throughout ANZ.

Location: Based in Melbourne close to CBD
Work Set-up: 5 days a week in the office
Salary: $75k package

The role:

• Manage and optimize the online product catalogue to maximize sales.
• Increase traffic to the websites, maximise conversion rates, and build enhanced product content
• Ensure seamless online merchandising that enhances customer experience.
• Oversee product photography, content updates, and promotional execution.
• Analyze trends and performance data to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and web teams across multiple brands.

You:

• Previous e-commerce / Visual Merchandise / Retail shop floor / online retail experience. Also happy to look at Graduates, who have a degree in anything like this looking for their first role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Great attitude to learn and get stuck in.
