About the Role

The 3PL Warehouse Manager reports direct to the Group General Manager and plays a pivotal role in ensuring Safety, while optimising our 3PL Operations. Based in a state-of-the-art facility in Dandenong South.

The role will mainly focus on operational excellence, efficiencies, continuous improvement and team development as our business continues to grow.

Responsibilities;

• Operational Management
• Performance Management though effective leadership, mentoring and training.
• An element of hands on is required to ensure a full understanding of processes and areas that require development
• Inventory control
• Budget management
• Customer liaison
• Continuous Improvement
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams, Customers and Suppliers

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role
• Forklift Licence (Desirable)
• Extensive 3PL knowledge and experience
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills'
• Ability to travel when required
• Strong OH&S perception and skills with excellent knowledge of WHS regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision making skills
